Shipping policy

Turnaround Time (TAT)

The shipping option chosen at checkout does not affect our turnaround time.  The fastest way to get an order is to add Expedited Order Processing and Express Shipping; if you don't want to do both then the next fastest option is to add Expedited Order Processing to your order as it takes our standard TAT down from 5-business days to 1-2 business days.

Our current TAT for order fulfillment on ready to ship items is 5 business days, and does not include shipping times.  See Business hours below.

If an item has a TAT that is different than those in this tab, then the listed TAT in the item description supersedes those listed here.

If you need faster shipping we recommend selecting UPS Next Day Air at checkout as they pick up in the afternoons, whereas USPS Priority Mail Express has to be picked up early in the morning, so those typically do not go out until the morning after an order is fulfilled. 

Expedited Order Processing means that your order will be bumped to the front of the line (behind existing expedited orders) with a guaranteed turn around time of 1 - 2 business days instead of the usual 4-5 business days.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED, orders shipping via USPS, will ship out the next morning, when our mail picks up.  For orders shipping via UPS (any speed), any orders fulfilled after 11:00 am CST will ship the next day.  


Returned Packages 

To avoid delivery issues or delays, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing an order.
If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs we incur to re-send your order.


International Shipping

Shipping fees are an estimate and are subject to change.  If the cost of postage is higher than that charged at checkout then a supplemental invoice may be sent to cover the additional shipping costs.  American Teething and Craft Supply LLC is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or duties that may be incurred; so please be prepared to pay for these on the goods that you are importing.  International orders must keep Route shipping insurance on the order, otherwise a supplemental invoice for shipping insurance will be sent once the order has been fulfilled.

Business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am till 5:00 pm CST excluding holidays, or dates that will be communicated by us if we need to take some time off.
